How should I ask my questions in the support feedback form?
Be as specific as you can. Just saying you have a problem and being vague about it isn't going to be helpful in resolving the issue.
If a screen shot can illustrate the problem well, please send in a screen shot.
LL checks his PMs. There are just alot of PMs. New ones come in every few minutes, on average 100 a day. So your PM is in the queue. If you ask LL to check his inbox, he'll click “inbox” and you get sent to the back of the queue. So stop asking.Asking for priority does not help to move things faster.
