Player Verification(PV)

• PV system is to detect users with multiple accounts.

• PV will be used to allow a user to utilize the Resource Exchange, participate in clan activities and obtain referral rewards.

• The verification process is strictly confidential and it's criteria will not be divulged.

• A successful invite occurs when a new character has a Player Verification (PV) score of higher than 35 and reaching level 11.

• If a new character fails to achieve a PV score of 35 or reaching level 11, it will not be considered as a successful invite.

• The PV requirement for the Ocho reward is higher than that for 50 AP reward. It is possible obtain the 50 AP from referring the new player, but not the 3 Ochos.

• If a character is detected to have low Player Verification (PV), he will be barred from using the Resource Exchange until further notice.

• This is to prevent the transfer of gold and resources by users with multiple accounts.

• Joining a clan requires a high Player Verification (PV) score.
  

• Contributing to a clan requires an even higher PV score.
  

• Players are to note that each player can only have 1 playing account in a clan.

If you fail the Player Verification (PV), it could be due to these number of reasons:

• You have little or insufficient information about yourself on your Facebook profile.
  

• You are not using your real name on your Facebook account.
  

• This is not your only Facebook account.
  

• We are unable to ascertain that this account belongs to a real person due to the lack of real life information in your facebook profile.
  

• Buying Ochos will help in obtaining a higher player verification score as the purchase of Ochos has its own verification process. Although, this does not guarantee that you will pass the Player Verification.
  

• PV will be recalculated weekly, so if you recently changed your facebook profile, you should wait for 1 week for the score to be recalculated.
  

• All player verifications are processed by the Player Verification (PV) system which is completely automated.
  

• If you fail the test please refer to the section on "Player Verification Failure".
  

• You will be informed only if you failed the Player Verification. If you passed, you will not be informed and you do not require to do anything further.

• You will not be informed of your PV score.
  

• PV checks are scheduled to take place on a weekly basis.
  

• Your PV score will not be updated until the PV check is completed.
  

• Submiting a ticket via the support ticketing system to verify that an account is not a multiple account will NOT allow you to pass the PV check.
